is subject to instrumentation, measurement, facility and engineto engine variations.
Emissions data is based on 100% load and thus cannot be used to compare to EPA
regulations which use values based on a weighted cycle.

Rating Definitions and Conditions

Standby - Output available with varying load for the
duration of the interruption of the normal source power.
Average power output is 70% of the standby power
rating. Typical operation is 200 hours per year, with
maximum expected usage of 500 hours per year.

Standby power in accordance with ISO8528. Fuel stop
power in accordance with ISO3046. Standby ambients
shown indicate ambient temperature at 100% load which
results in a coolant top tank temperature just below the
shutdown temperature.

Ratings are based on SAE J1349 standard conditions.
These ratings also apply at ISO3046 standard conditions.
Fuel rates are based on fuel oil of 35º API [16º C (60º F)]
gravity having an LHV of 42 780 kJ/kg (18,390 Btu/lb)
when used at 29º C (85º F) and weighing 838.9 g/liter
(7.001 lbs/U.S. gal.). Additional ratings may be available
for specific customer requirements, contact your Cat

Summary

This new quarterly version of the World Floating Production
Market Forecast 2015-2019 forecasts that between 2015 and 2019 $68 billion (bn)
will be spent on FPS units – an increase of 49% compared to 2010-2014.

Despite Capex growth over the forecast, the volume of orders seen in 2015 has
been very weak. This is a result of the low oil price impacting project sanctioning
activity, compounded by recent history of high-cost FPS projects running late
and/or over-budget.

In the near-term, we expect improvement. Operators have worked hard through the
downturn to redevelop projects to make them more cost effective and their efforts
should see final investment decisions made on a number of projects. In addition
to these redesigns, we are also seeing lower prices for equipment and services
in the downturn which further improves project viability.

FPSOs will represent by far the largest segment of the market both in terms of
numbers (67 installations) and forecast Capex (79%) during 2015-2019. FPSSs
will account for the second largest segment of Capex (9.3%) with TLPs third (9.2%).

Service Conditions :
The rig is capable for undertaking work over operations in Oil / Gas / Injection / Effluent
disposal wells /CBM wells etc. up to depth of 3800 mts approximately with tubing string
of 2-7/8". The work over jobs include but are not limited to servicing/ installation of
artificial lift equipment, cleaning of well bore, gravel packing, sand screening, stimulation,
well abandonment, transfer of horizons, water shut off, gas shut off, water injection profile
modification and re-completion, retrieval of gravel pack assembly, fishing & releasing of
stuck up, multi-layer resting, casing repair etc. in vertical / deviated / horizontal / multilateral
/ ERD / USRD wells, etc.

1. Workover Rig
Cardwell, USA make, model KB-200C, self propelled, Back-in-type, mobile workover cum
drilling rig accommodated on heavy duty carrier having hook load capacity of 81 T. The rig
is equipped with the following technical features :

* Wind load resistance of the Mast is 60 MPH with full set back, having external Guying lines
with mast.

a) Mast :
4 leg leaning type, Hydraulically telescoping, two section, foldable, Cardwell make,
Model 96-180, Mast with clear height of 96 ft. from ground level and rated static hook load
capacity 81 T with 6 lines strung on traveling block. The Mast is equipped with suitable Finger
Board which can accommodate range-II, 2 7/8"/3 ½” tubulars in doubles.

The Mast shall conform to the following :
* The Mast is having unobstructed line of vision to the crown block.
* The Mast is completed with Stand Pipe
* Racking Board is of adjustable type and completed with top man emergency escape  device
from monkey board to ground, railings & safety belts. The Racking Board is having sufficient
provision to rack 2 7/8" tubulars.

b) Suitable locking system shall be provided with additional safety manual lock. This is required
after telescoping of mast to full height.
c) The mast is designed to withstand wind speed of minimum 60 MPH with full pipe/ setback
with all guy ropes properly placed as per standard API pattern.

d) Hydraulic Cat works for make up & breakout consisting of hydraulic make up (spinning)
cylinder providing 10000lbs (4444kg) minimum line pull and hydraulic break out cylinder to
develop a minimum line pull of 20000lbs. Control for make up & breakout should be located
at Driller's console.

g) Draw works is of 300 HP rating with minimum 4 forward and 1 reverse speed.
Cardwell make, KB 200C model, single drum draw works of 300 HP capacity.

i) Draw works is having main drum, Lebus Grooved.

h) Carrier Engine
The draw works is powered by 1 no. of "DETROIT DIESEL" make, model 8V-92T diesel
engine of 450 HP / Caterpillar 3406 B at 2100 rpm with ALLISION make, heavy duty
transmission consists of torque converter, model "CLBT 4860"/ “ 750” or “754” and suitable
power trend  through compound/chain drive and gear boxes.

i) We will provide the Hook and tackle system for the rig and capable to operate 2-7/8" to
3- 1/2" tubing and 2-7/8" to 3-1/2" drill pipes up to the required depth.

2) Substructure
Simplex make, sub-structure having a overall height of 15 ft, clear height of 12', rated
simultaneous set back capacity of 125 T. The sub-structure is suitable to accommodate
17.5" Rotary Table and completed with tong back up post for rig tongs, railing, stairway and
wings etc. The sub-structure is having sufficient working area and space for racking the rated
length of tubulars. The structure has the sufficient clear height below rotary beam to
accommodate 3 stack BOP (one Pipe Ram + One Blind Ram + one Annular) riser nipple in
work over mode.

3) Rotary Equipment
IDECO make, Model "LR-175" or equivalent rotary table with 17.5" opening with static load
capacity not less than 181 tons. The table is completed with master bushing and drive
bushing. The rotary table is driven by chain-sprocket and the mechanism is powered by the
draw works with provision for reverse rotation for back off.

4) Kelly
"OMSCO" Make or equivalent, 3" face square/hexagonal kelly of 40' length having 6 5/8"
API Regular Box connection on top bottom connection 2 7/8” IF PIN. The working pressure
rating 5000 PSI. The kelly is completed with kelly saver sub and kelly cock (upper & lower).

5) Swivel
(a) IDECO make, Model "TL-120", rotary swivel having static/dead load capacity not less
than 75  tons and rotating capacity not less than 50 tons, completed with bail bumper
support, goose neck connection to rotary hose etc. Swivel bottom pin connection 6 5/8"
API regular left hand.

(b) With 3” diameter quick change goose neck assembly with working pressure 5000 psi.

6) Hydraulic Winch
IR/BRADEN make, Indian make or china make, hydraulic/air winch with suitable hand
braking system with hoses, wireline etc.. Pulling capacity is not less than- 5 Metric ton.

7) Mud System
Mud system would be able to handle drilling mud Sp. Gr. upto approximately 1.8.

7.1 Mud Pump :
a) Gardner Denver Make, model "PZ-8” of 750 HP triplex slush pump, unitized to a
CATERPILLAR make, model 3412C diesel engine having 750 HP or Bomco make
F-500 Model of 500 HP unitised with Cummins make, KTA-1150 of 550 HP  with heavy
duty gear box/Chain driven and air clutch. Mounted on a steel oil field skid, 20 gallon,
5000 PSI pulsation dampener, heavy duty Type-F 6000 psi mud gauge, Shear type
Re-set relief valve, Bleed off valve and all related piping and valves rated at 5000
PSI working pressure.

7.2 Discharge System :
a) Rotary hose  having working pressure of 350 kg/cm2 (5000 psi) with suitable
connections.
b) Suitable end connection for suction and discharge manifold will be provided.
c) The standpipe is mounted on Mast, equipped with pressure gauge will be mounted
in the rig.

7.3 Mud/ Workover Fluid Storage/ Handling Arrangement :
i) Tanks, having total pumpable capacity (Volume) not less than 80 cubic meter with
permanent markings from bottom.
ii) Arrangement for brine / mud preparation, mud mixing, mud agitators will be provided. 
iii) Necessary system lines.
iv) 1 no. Hopper of suitable size with butterfly valve and proper line connection will be
provided with gunning arrangement.

8. Fuel Storage (optional)
Sufficient fuel storage to undertake the workover operations without interruptions will
be provided.

9. Well Control Equipment
The following well control equipment shall be required :
1 (One) no. "Hydril"/“Cameron”/“Shaffer (Shaffer make of NOV)” Make, double ram,
hydraulically operated, 7 1/16" x 5000 PSI WP Blow Out Preventor  having one set of
blind ram and set of pipe rams to handle the size 2 3/8”, 2 7/8” and 3 ½” . BOP is having
the provision to close manually.

Control Unit :
One BOP Control unit as per API 16D and of reputed make, 3000 psi working pressure,
hydraulically operated with sufficient fluid capacity. Units are having 2 charging system
i.e. pneumatic and electric with auto start and stop facility. Flameproof DGMS approved
motor will be provided.

BOP test plugs or Cup tester/ accessories shall be provided.

Choke & Kill Manifold :
Choke and kill manifold of size minimum 2 1/16” having minimum 5000 psi WP along
with sufficient quantity of flexible steel piping of minimum 5000 psi WP of suitable size
fitted with NRV in kill lines. It will be suitable combination of valves having provision to
flow the well through fixed choke, variable choke, and one bypass also. The provision
will also be available to kill the well through kill line as well as one additional line for
making connection through cementing.

10. Handling tool as per API 8C
a) Center latch elevator for minimum 100MT capacity as per below.

b) Elevator Links :
2 Nos. (One pair/set) forged elevator links, and the size will be as per the standard design of
the rig, rated capacity of minimum 100 MT, size 1 ¾” x 72”.

c) Power (pneumatic) Slips :
A suitable pneumatic slip complete with sufficient nos. of die inserts for 2 3/8” to 3 ½”
tubulars. The power slip is equipped with all necessary connection, hoses and coupling
etc. the slip is having control lever on driller’s console.

d) Hydraulic Tubing Tong :
 1 no of light weight hydraulic tubing tings as per relevant API for 2 3/8” to 3 ½” tubing’s
with replaceable jaws minimum torque rating 8000 ft lbs along with sufficient spares
will be provided.

e) Heavy Duty Tong (Qty - 02) :
A suitable Heavy Duty Tong, Range 2-3/8" to 4-1/2", and to handle all fishing tools and
milling tools as per relevant API, torque rating minimum 35000 ft-lbs with hanger
arrangement along with sufficient spares would be provided.

11. Cross Over Subs :
Bit subs, cross over subs and all necessary subs to handle work with 2-7/8" &
3-1/2" tubing and  drill pipe string or their combinations would be provided by us.

12. Rig instrumentation suitable for Hazardous area
I. Deadline weight indicator with sensator /load cell on driller console /control panel,
indicating load on hook for designed capacity of the rig will be provided.
II. A suitable (0 – 6000 psi) mud pump pressure gauge mounted on stand pipe
will be provided.

13. Drill String (Optional)
A) Drill Pipes 2-7/8” OD IF, Grade G of 10.4 ppf, premium class-I, Range–II, 3500
meters right hand.
B) Drill Collars : 3 1/2” /  4 3/4”. 5 Nos.

Other Equipments
i) V door & cat walk with pipe racks on both sides.
ii) Cellar pump- Air operated (Pneumatic) with suction hose of sufficient length
will be provided by the contractor with additional diaphragm.
iii) Circulating head 5000 psi working pressure for 3-1/2" and 2-7/8" Drill pipes
and tubings with necessary change over will be provided.
iv) 2 nos. of 75 KVA capacity for continuous round the clock operation including
motors of auxiliary equipments, other electrical equipments like A/C, fan, blower
etc. and illumination of working area etc.
v) Welding machine/ Welding transformer powered by contractor's Gen Set along
with all associated welding and oxy - acetylene cutting accessories, gases and
consumables etc.
vi) One no of red aviation light flickering type fitted with lamp at crown block will
be available having independent circuit.
