Does this signal reduced demand?

Oil prices extended their slide Tuesday, closing below 120 dollars for the first time in three months, as signs of a slowing global economy raise doubts about demand.

Oil is up again on Thursday

Dear Oilguy!

Oil is up again to over US$ 120 on Thursday, 7th August.

Any which way, we are still in the northern summer. As the northern winter approaches, the demand will rise?

Not reduced demand but scared speculators?

It is probably speculation wearing off.
