Mast :
New 142' x 25' DSI, 1,000,000lb static hook load, 600,000lb setback,
API includes racking board wind walls.

Substructure :
New 30' DSI box on box with rotary capacity at 1,000,000lb and a
600,000lb setback, API, including catwalks, stairs, pipe racks and
V-door, one (1) Quadco Hercules deadline anchor, model 131T, rated
capacity 100,000, certified proof test pull 150,000, wind walls.

Pumps :
(2) New Weatherford MP16 mud pumps, 1600hp, (4) Amerimex motors
independently powered traction motors. Pumps complete with all plumbing,
pulsation dampeners and 6 x 5 x11 Five Star charge pumps with (2) Emerson
50hp 1200rpm electric motors.

Mud System :
(3) New 9'7"H x 10'W x 45'L mud tanks (1500bbls), tanks to have necessary
piping, valves, dump gates and compartments, tank to have necessary
connections for (1) new derrick 2-cone desander, (1) new derrick 16 cone desilter,
(2) new derrick FLC-504 liner shakers, (8) new mud agitators with 10hp motors
(1) 5hp on pill tank, agitator, all motors have been replaced, (2) 6 x 5 x 12
centrifugal pumps 100hp motor, (2) 6 x 8 x 12, 100hp motor, connections to hook
up all pumps to mud pits included.

Rotary Equipment :
(1) New independently driven 27 1/2" rotary table, (1) eliminator cooling blower,
(1) Amerimex motor, (1) Marathon oil pump, (1) oil cooler, (1) SL 450-5 swivel,
(1) HD kelly pin drive bushing, (1) kelly spinner.

Traveling Equipment :
(1) New National DG-450 hook 500lb ton, (1) New National YC-450 block 500lb
ton, (1) new set of 500 ton 132' jay link.

Well Control :
(1) Remanufacture hydril MPS 20¾ 3000 x 20 50 RS, Annular BOP, (1) Remanufacture,
Cameron type U, 20" x 3000 psi double ram preventer, (1) New BOP lines suitcase.

SCR : One New (1) National-Ross Hill model 1400, for 3 generator x 4 SCR system.

Power Equipment :
(3) New Caterpillar 3512-C 1800 rpm diesel engines with 1225kw 1750kva, 600 volt
generators, (3) generators mounted on 10'W x 35'L x 9'H skids, (2) Tescorp 30hp screw
type compressors, (1) Five Star cold start compressor, (1) Five Star air receiver, 240
gallons with relief valve and gauge mounted in engine house, (2) new air receiver, 80
gallons, with pressure relief valve and gauge both mounted on substructure.

Rig Houses and Tanks :
New drillers top doghouse 9'H x 8'6"W x 40'L with heater, (5) individual lockers, (1)
heavy duty storage locker, (1) heavy duty slop top table, (1) glass covered cork board.

New mud house - 9'H x 10'W x 25'L with heater, and dayton panel fan

New parts house and change house 9'H x 10'W x 40'L with heater, (21) individual lockers

New water storage - 500bbl 9'H x 10'W x 40'L with (3) 2 x 3 x 11 centrifugal pumps with
(3) Emerson motors 30hp 1800 rpm

New fuel tank with Porch 12,000 gallons, (2) Gorman pump, (1) filtration system

Auxiliary Equipment :
(1) new Five Star wireline unit with .108" wire line, (2) remanufacture Ingersol-Rand air
winches, misc. (1) set of new handling tools, mud bucket, DC safety clamp slips - 2 sets
DP and 2 sets DC's elevators - 2 sets, (2) pipe spinner, (3) rotary hose, (4) rotary hose.

Instrumentation :
