1                 1000HP MECHANICAL SKID MOUNTED DRILLING RIG, assembled and manufactured in 2007/8 (brand new).
                   Drawworks/Mast - Skid. The skid is designed to move in 1 load, is covered completely regarding noise reduction and houses                    the following equipment:
                   Engines and power unit, drawworks, hydraulic system, floor-winches, deadline anchor,
                   Transport dimension: 17.0m long x 3.0m wide x 2.4m high (without mast)
                   Transport weight: approx. 55 tons.

                   MAST
                   Guyed, telescoping vertical mast, built in accordance with API 4F.
                   Max hook load 2000kN (on 10 lines)
                   Clear height above drill floor is 32.6m (107 ft)
                   Mast main legs to be air pressure tested.
2                 3-stage hydraulic cylinders (chrome plated) for raising the mast, with safety chokes to prevent freefall.
2                 Single acting, chromed telescoping cylinders for raising the top section.
                   The block assembly uses all steel sheaves grooved for 1- 1/4" line, mounted on tapered roller bearing inserts:
4                 36" Fleet sheaves - grooved for 1-1/4" drill line
1                 42" fastline sheave - grooved for 1-1/4" drill line
1                 36" Deadline sheave - grooved for 1-1/4" drill line

1                 Torque tube hanging lug (the mast is designed to accommodate a Tesco 250 HMIS 475HP Top Drive).

                   RACKING BOARD
                   Fingers with 5 in. spacing for up to 4-1/2 in. drill pipe.
                   Capacity for 11,500 ft. of 4-1/2 in. drill pipe with 6-1/4 in. tool joint.
                   Complete with rear escape system, type: RG 10D.
                   Windwall protection 2.5m high around racking board on 3 sides, made of steel frame covers.
                   Auxiliary winch 6kN for pipe handling, air pressure driven, type: LS2-600R.

                   MAKE-UP AND BREAK-OUT ASSEMBLY
2                 Make and break hydraulic cylinders 5" x 96", sheaves, rollers and cables, mounted on back of mast.
                   Hydraulic controls for make- up and break-out functions on driller's cabin.

                   MANIFOLD
                   Seven valve 5000-psi discharge manifold, integral welded, 602 unions.
                   Standpipe 4", 5000-psi c/w gooseneck at the top and unions at top and bottom of standpipe.
